Mix 1 Cup of premix with 1 Cup water to make a smooth batter. Let the mixture rest for 10 mins. Heat the pan, add ghee/oil and pour the batter evenly. Cook on both sides on low flame. Serve it hot with green chutney/ketchup. You can also add grated veggies and paneer.
Storage :
Keep it in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume it within 60 days or before the expiry date, whichever is earliest.
